Demographic population change

The population is constantly aging. The population will certainly continue to maximize over time due to elderly who may have retired, possess illnesses and disabilities. Some of the aging inhabitants will need long lasting care, medical treatment, and in home care because of their medical conditions. Some of the aging human population will also require medical care mainly because many of them whom are retired do not have medical health insurance from their careers. Some older rely on Medicare or Medical planning to shell out their medical expenses. There is also elderly who have are living on a low or fixed salary because they are getting disability salary. Therefore they cannot afford to cover health insurance or prescriptions. Targeted population/demographics

Due to the the aging process economy, older people is likely to increase. In accordance to Weiner, M. J. & Tilly, J. (2013) " Among 2000 and 2050, the number of older people is usually projected to enhance by 135%. Moreover, the citizenry aged eighty-five and over, which is the group most likely to need health and long-term care services, is expected to increase by 350%. More than this time period, the percentage of the population that is over the age of 65 will increase from 12. 7% in 2000 to twenty. 3% in 2050; the proportion of the population that is age eighty five and older will increase via 1 . 6% in 2150 to some. 8% in 2050. ”(Para 2). Your aging population will have a huge influence on health care due to large amount of seniors who will want acute proper care. Also because there is a shortage of health care pros such as healthcare professionals and other employees, many long- term proper care facilities happen to be left with employees that do not need skills to perform their careers correctly.
