England Soccer Academies run at three levels. They are:
•Level one particular National Schools for chosen players U16 to U24

Regional Academies and Britain Rugby support each Regional Academy, operating closely with RFU development staff, Constituent Bodies, clubs and schools to establish a comprehensive programme of talent-search and player-development up to 40 certified elite player-development centres.
The Academy pathway for a player can start at the age of 13 when players are first recognized through the engaging Regional Schools clubs and schools. This provides the ideal opportunity for players to produce a connection together with the club at which they can enjoy and showcase their skill.
Players selected to attend a great England Soccer Academy must be England Qualified and have the potential to play for England. Player potential will probably be assessed beneath four primary categories: •Skills and elements of competence
•Tactical and game recognition
By a process of expertise identification, specific performance paths are created for senior high players as they follow the way to senior team level. The key channels of talent identification are:
